When you think of most restaurants, though, the offerings of wines are very limited in the grand context of things. You could close your eyes and probably can imagine a handful of names you would see on most menus, and you'd be right. Brent Karlicek, Beverage Director of Postino WineCafe, aims to change this notion. Guests at the properties (including the recently opened Irvine location) are presented with a stunning selection of wines, all curated by Brent. His passion is tangible, his knowledge is deep, and his appreciation for the world of wine is truly something to behold.
