However, there is more to showcasing your wine than just showing up and pouring if you really want to make an impact. That is where my guest for episode 85 comes in. Joel Quigley has decades of experience in hospitality and wine events. Since coming onboard with Lloyd Cellars, and Prescription Vineyards in 2020 as Director of Communications, he has been shaping the way the wines find the eyes (and palates) of consumers in invigorating ways. We sit down on a Zoom call to discuss his expertise, how he got started, both of the wineries, and the outlook for the future of their events.
