I don't know about you, but I absolutely adore a good bagel. Something about that perfect bite - the big schmear and heaping of good seasoning - utter bliss. Why then, if we can all agree that a good bagel is something to be cherished, is it so hard to actually find good bagels around here? Outside of 1 or 2 places, Orange County is a bit barren when it comes to a truly great bagel. Thankfully though, that is about to change. Boil & Bake, in Costa Mesa, is set to bring their phenomenal products to your tastebuds very soon.
