I am so humbled, and thrilled, to be sitting down with Master Distiller Morgan McLachlan. Co-founder of AMASS - located in the Arts District of LA - Morgan is responsible for developing the company's ever-growing portfolio of fantastic spirits, and more. She is wildly creative, with an encyclopedic knowledge of developing flavors and practices to derive the most flavor from every ingredient of a bottle. She is someone I have an immense amount of respect for, and I am so excited to bring her onto the show.
