Once in place, then you need to have great products, and relationships that continue to help the business grow beyond just a pile of bricks and mortar. Landers Liquor Bar in Costa Mesa is not an establishment that is short on personality - but where does that personality come from? Its DNA has been infused with style from its owners from day one, but the people that make up the minute to minute are truly a special group.
