#42 - Pamela Waitt Is The Queen Of OC Foodies

Very happy to be bringing you Episode 42 of The Best Ceats Podcast featuring Pamela Waitt, who is one of the founders of the Orange County Restaurant Association.

Pam is also the driving force behind all of the major associated events of the OCRA, including OC Restaurant Week, Margarita Crawl, and more! Perhaps one of her biggest achievements, is the founding of OC Foodies - the driving destination for foodies in the area!. As many of you know, TBC was recently asked to come on board as a partner for these events. Full disclosure, I had wanted to have Pam on as a guest well before this, but serendipitously the timing just so happened to be that we recorded just after the partnership became public.
