#118 - New Tables and Opportunities for Paige Riordan

In this episode, I welcome back a friend of The Best Ceats and a dear friend of mine, Chef Paige Riordan. She is a talented chef, and owner of Scarlet Kitchen & Lounge in Rancho Mission Viejo. I wanted to have her back on the show for a few reasons - she has recently announced and launched a new Chef's Table series at the restaurant on select Monday nights. These multi-course tasting menus are created and presented exclusively by Paige, and are a welcome creative outlet for her. Also, she has never been shy to discuss pressing industry topics such as mental health, and relationships within the industry - all things we break down in this wonderful new episode.
